Світове турне Depeche Mode: Берлін насолоджувався альбомом "Spirit" Татьяна Логунова Легендарні "Depeche Mode" - знову в Берліні. І вже вдруге презентують свій новий альбом - "Spirit". Уперше в німецькій столиці збірку почули в березні, ще до того, як гурт вирушив у світове турне. Щоправда, тоді концерт був ексклюзивним - лише для тисячі глядачів. І квитки на нього не продавали, а розігрували. Цього разу - новий альбом "Depeche Mode" змогли почути вже 70 тисяч фанатів. До початку концерту ще кілька годин, а берлінський "Олімпіаштадіон" - вже в облозі фанатів. Глядачів попросили прийти заздалегідь - через посилені заходи безпеки. В черзі на контроль - прихильники зі стажем. "- Ми з подругою спеціально приїхали з Ерфурта. Ми вже 20 років не пропускаємо жодного концерту "Депеш Мод" у Німеччині. Це вже наш 15-ий". А також ті, хто послухає улюблений гурт наживо вперше. "- Я сам з Іспанії, але живу в Берліні, і мені дуже подобаються їхні пісні. На концерті я вперше і очікую на хорошу музику і чудову атмосферу". "Spirit" - 14-ий альбом легендарних британців. І найбільш політичний з усіх збірок - зізнаються музиканти. Перший сингл "Where is the revolution" й інші пісні - це музична реакція на події, які переживає сучасний світ. Які саме - в ексклюзивному інтерв'ю нашому каналу напередодні світового турне розповів один із учасників групи Енді Флетчер. "Це й обрання Трампа, і події в Україні, і Сирія. Я не думаю, що ми можемо змінити світ, це завдання урядів та лідерів. Але якщо люди почнуть трохи більше замислюватися про ці речі, то це вже допоможе", - говорить Енді Флетчер, учасник групи "Depeche Mode". Понад три години живої музики, cтарі хіти і нові пісні, які хітами стануть, тисячі задоволених фанатів і "прощавай, Берліне". Наступна зупинка світового туру - Рим. А вже незабаром "Depeche Mode" зіграють і у Києві - 19 липня на стадіоні Олімпійський.

As a film critic of medium-low importance, one of my most sacred duties is participating in the Washington Area Film Critics Association (WAFCA) year-end awards extravaganza. During this hallowed time of year, I watch dozens of movies and mine my own recollection of the good, the bad, and the ugly to determine what, precisely, the best films of the year were. At the end of this grueling process—this death march through endless stacks of DVDs, searching for the rarest pearl in an ever-increasing sea of muck—we WAFCA members nominate up to five films/people in each category. The five films/people who earn the most votes in every category are then voted upon by the whole of the membership, the winners are chosen, the press release is sent out, and blessed, blessed relief descends upon us as we put the exercise to rest for 11 months.
