Перед началом концерта в Днепре собрались около двух десятков активистов от Правого сектора и ВО Свобода. Они потребовали от артиста публично высказать свою позицию относительно России и Крыма.

Появилось видео столкновений Бабкин встретился с двумя активистами, а затем всех митингующих пригласил в зал, где собрались зрители на концерт. "Я признаю правительство России агрессором", – заявил исполнитель. Затем активисты также попросили озвучить свою позицию и относительно Крыма. Сергей Бабкин признал, что "Крым – оккупированная территория Украины".  Как отмечается, лишь после этого концерт в Днепре начался, а активисты покинули помещение. Напомним, 7 октября во Львове проукраинские активисты сорвали концерт Сергея Бабкина, которого обвиняют в гастролях в России и в Крыму. Во время акции протеста произошли столкновения. Впоследствии музыкант решил отменить свое выступление еще и в Тернополе. Крым был присоединен к РФ в 2014 году. Украина и ее международные партнеры не признают присоединение полуострова к России, признав это аннексией, в связи с чем против Москвы был введен ряд международных санкций.

As a film critic of medium-low importance, one of my most sacred duties is participating in the Washington Area Film Critics Association (WAFCA) year-end awards extravaganza. During this hallowed time of year, I watch dozens of movies and mine my own recollection of the good, the bad, and the ugly to determine what, precisely, the best films of the year were. At the end of this grueling process—this death march through endless stacks of DVDs, searching for the rarest pearl in an ever-increasing sea of muck—we WAFCA members nominate up to five films/people in each category. The five films/people who earn the most votes in every category are then voted upon by the whole of the membership, the winners are chosen, the press release is sent out, and blessed, blessed relief descends upon us as we put the exercise to rest for 11 months.
