Министерство культуры Украины внесло российского рэпера Вячеслава Машнова, известного под псевдонимом Гнойный, в список лиц, угрожающих нацбезопасности Украины.  В список внесены 113 человек, Машнов попал в него 6 ноября 2017 года. Россия аннексировала Крым после незаконного "референдума" 16 марта 2014 года. Присоединение полуострова к РФ не признается Украиной и большинством стран мира. В данный момент между материковой Украиной и Крымом действует контрольно-пропускной режим, а Киев де-факто не контролирует полуостров. Сразу после аннексии Крыма начался вооруженный конфликт на востоке Украины, он продолжается до сих пор. Боевые действия ведутся между Вооруженными силами Украины и поддерживаемыми Россией боевиками, которые контролируют часть Донецкой и Луганской областей. 6 октября Служба безопасности Украины запретила Гнойному въезд в Украину. Депутат от Блока Петра Порошенко Дмитрий Белоцерковец сообщал, что в мае 2017 года исполнитель незаконно посетил оккупированный Крым. Рэпера 29 сентября 2017 года внесли в базу данных портала "Миротворец". Причиной этого стала поездка Гнойного в Крым, а также то, что во время одного из своих выступлений он назвал украинцев "несуществующей нацией". "Это не позиция, это добровольная кастрация. Твои якобы друзья не существуют. Не существуют, словно украинцы как нация", – сказал он во время батла с Эрнесто Заткнитесь в 2016 году. As a film critic of medium-low importance, one of my most sacred duties is participating in the Washington Area Film Critics Association (WAFCA) year-end awards extravaganza. During this hallowed time of year, I watch dozens of movies and mine my own recollection of the good, the bad, and the ugly to determine what, precisely, the best films of the year were. At the end of this grueling process—this death march through endless stacks of DVDs, searching for the rarest pearl in an ever-increasing sea of muck—we WAFCA members nominate up to five films/people in each category. The five films/people who earn the most votes in every category are then voted upon by the whole of the membership, the winners are chosen, the press release is sent out, and blessed, blessed relief descends upon us as we put the exercise to rest for 11 months.
