Украинская музыкальная группа Yurcash перед вторым полуфиналом Национального отбора Евровидение-2018 представила свою композицию "Stop Killing Love", с которой будет бороться за место представлять Украину на конкурсе в Лиссабоне. Конкурсную композицию уже можно услышать на Youtube. На большой сцене песня зазвучит уже 17 февраля, во время второго полуфинала Нацотбора на Евровидение-2018 на телеканалах СТБ и UΛ Первый в 19:00. Автором конкурсной песни выступил сам Юрий Юрченко, – лидер группы Yurcash и известный исполнитель 1990-х. "В начале было Слово, и Слово было у Бога, и Слово было Бог ... Бог и есть Любовь ... Люди, не убивайте Любовь", – говорится в подписи к треку. Нацотбор на Евровидение-2018: Yurcash – "Stop Killing Love": Yurcash – украинская фолк-панк-рок группа, в 2004 году учредил певец Юрий Нечистяк, более известный как Юрий Юрченко. Популярность группе принесла песня "Мундиаль", клип на которую появился перед стартом сборной Украины на чемпионате мира по футболу 2006 года. Участники Нацотбора на Евровидение 2018: группа​ Yurcash Вместе с группой KAZKA музыканты приняли участие в 8 сезоне "Х-фактора". Yurcash попали в финал песенного конкурса и уступили победу Михаилу Панчишину. Через несколько дней после финала Юрко Юрченко сделал очень громкое заявление. По его словам, группа хотела выиграть "Х-фактор" и навсегда покинуть сцену. Но, как можно понять, у музыкантов планы изменились. Ведь они решили бороться в Нацотборе на Евровидение-2018 и начали собирать средства на запись новых песен. Пока композицию, с которой они будут покорять Нацотбор, музыканты тоже не представили.

As a film critic of medium-low importance, one of my most sacred duties is participating in the Washington Area Film Critics Association (WAFCA) year-end awards extravaganza. During this hallowed time of year, I watch dozens of movies and mine my own recollection of the good, the bad, and the ugly to determine what, precisely, the best films of the year were. At the end of this grueling process—this death march through endless stacks of DVDs, searching for the rarest pearl in an ever-increasing sea of muck—we WAFCA members nominate up to five films/people in each category. The five films/people who earn the most votes in every category are then voted upon by the whole of the membership, the winners are chosen, the press release is sent out, and blessed, blessed relief descends upon us as we put the exercise to rest for 11 months.
