У вівторок, 13 лютого, у харківській книгарні "Є" група молодиків зірвала лекцію-дискусію Анни Шаригіної про ЛГБТ-рух в Україні та світі. Про це повідомила очевидиця Віра Чернигіна, яка опублікувала фото з місця події. "Відповідно до заяв лідера угруповання, вони не допустять дискусії про "гомосексуалізм" у прифронтовому місті. Представники і представниці поліції порекомендували розійтися всім, хто прийшли на лекцію, і "не провокувати опонентів", – написала Чернигіна. Згодом стало відомо про те, що лекція все-таки відбудеться. Про це сама лекторка Шаригіна написала у Facebook. У коментарі "Громадському радіо" Шаригіна розповіла, що на місце події приїхав директор книгарні та попросив хлопців піти. Проте ті залишалися, зазначивши, що можуть перебувати у книгарні, оскільки прийшли по книжки. "Приїхала поліція. Поліція спробувала з ними поговорити. Вони сказали, що згідно з адміністративним кодексом, вони мають право тут перебувати. Поліція сказала власнику книгарні, що краще б усі пішли, поки ці хлопці не розлютилися і не почали трощити приміщення і бити людей. І власник книгарні попросив нас піти. І ми пішли", – розповіла лекторка. Вона додала, що люди, які зірвали лекцію, кілька разів говорили про те, що причетні до організації "Фрайкорпс".

As a film critic of medium-low importance, one of my most sacred duties is participating in the Washington Area Film Critics Association (WAFCA) year-end awards extravaganza. During this hallowed time of year, I watch dozens of movies and mine my own recollection of the good, the bad, and the ugly to determine what, precisely, the best films of the year were. At the end of this grueling process—this death march through endless stacks of DVDs, searching for the rarest pearl in an ever-increasing sea of muck—we WAFCA members nominate up to five films/people in each category. The five films/people who earn the most votes in every category are then voted upon by the whole of the membership, the winners are chosen, the press release is sent out, and blessed, blessed relief descends upon us as we put the exercise to rest for 11 months.
