Юристка Катерина Власюк висловила позицію своєї клієнтки Сніжани Єгорової щодо певних питань, які, як переконує популярний шоумен і артист Антін Мухарський, стали причиною того, що він виїхав за межі України. Раніше сайт "24" повідомляв, що популярний український артист і шоумен Антін Мухарський покинув межі України та оселився в одній із країн Європи. За словами митця, на такий крок він наважився через взаємини з його другою дружиною Сніжаною Єгоровою, а у зв’язку з питанням виплати аліментів і побачення з дітьми. Так, на переконання юристки Катерини Власюк, яка представляє інтереси Єгорової, артист Мухарський говорить неправду щодо того, що його колишня дружина вимагає від нього виплачувати аліменти на трьох неповнолітніх дітей у розмірі, еквівалентному трьом тисячам доларів США, пише ТСН. "Наразі сума на трьох дітей – це вісім тисяч помножено на три. Мова про три тисячі доларів не йдеться, не йшлася та не буде вестися. Тому що в нас стягують аліменти в гривневому еквіваленті", – підкреслює адвокатка. Крім того, правозахисниця спростувала інформацію, що Єгорова забороняє Мухарському зустрічатися з дітьми. "Декілька разів на тиждень він має забирати дітей, завозити їх до школи, возити їх у гуртки додаткові, на яких займаються діти. Батько цього не здійснював і не робив. Двері будинку моєї довірительки не закривалися перед ним", – зауважила вона. Юристка також стверджує позов шоумена до суду не розглядається уже чотири роки, а причина – зволікання самого Мухарського щодо наданням необхідних документів. До слова, мінімальний розмір аліментів, який може встановити суд – 800 гривень, а максимальна - 12 тисяч гривень на одну дитину, щоправда суму може бути переглянуто в будь-який час. "Зазвичай такі справи розглядаються дуже швидко. В одне засідання можна навіть цю справу розглянути й отримати рішення. А те, що у цій справі між паном Антіном та Сніжаною так довго розглядається, це говорить про амбітність настроїв обох сторін, роботу їхніх юридичних представників", – пояснює юрист Лаврентій Царук.

As a film critic of medium-low importance, one of my most sacred duties is participating in the Washington Area Film Critics Association (WAFCA) year-end awards extravaganza. During this hallowed time of year, I watch dozens of movies and mine my own recollection of the good, the bad, and the ugly to determine what, precisely, the best films of the year were. At the end of this grueling process—this death march through endless stacks of DVDs, searching for the rarest pearl in an ever-increasing sea of muck—we WAFCA members nominate up to five films/people in each category. The five films/people who earn the most votes in every category are then voted upon by the whole of the membership, the winners are chosen, the press release is sent out, and blessed, blessed relief descends upon us as we put the exercise to rest for 11 months.
