Лідера гурту "Океан Ельзи" Святослава Вакарчука хочуть бачити президентом американський фінансист і благодійник Джордж Сорос і його люди, щоправда сам музикант поки не визначився. Якщо ж він заявить про участь у президентських перегонах, то перетвориться з виразника дум покоління на "одного з них". Таку думку висловив відомий журналіст Дмитро Гордон у ефірі телеканалу "112. Україна". За його словами, сьогодні лідер "Океану Ельзи" – блискучий музикант, символ покоління, виразник дум покоління та людина з бездоганною політичною репутацією. Наскільки я знаю, у нього була розмова з президентом, і президент йому сказав, якщо Святослав піде на вибори, то від його репутації не залишиться нічого, і правильно сказав. Тому що якщо сьогодні Вакарчук – це совість нації, абсолютно заслужено, то як тільки він оголосить, що йде у президенти, від нього не залишиться мокрого місця, умовно, тому що він стане "одним із них", – зауважив представник ЗМІ. Як підкреслює "Гордон", Вакарчука в президентському кріслі хочуть бачити "люди, які за ним стоять", але сам Вакарчук із висуванням своєї кандидатури ще не визначився. "Я думаю, що ті, хто його рухають, дуже хочуть, щоб він став президентом. Сам він не визначився. За моєю інформацією, за Вакарчуком стоїть Сорос і його люди... Всі бояться його концертів у Києві 24 серпня на День незалежності, тому що вважається, що саме в цей день Вакарчук дасть старт своєї президентської кампанії", – зауважив він. Водночас журналіст додає, що музикант все ж у підсумку не погодиться йти на вибори. "Моя думка – він не піде. Я можу помилятися. Він пройшов серйозну підготовку в США, як і низка інших кандидатів. Серед них розглядається Володимир Кличко, не Віталій, а саме Володимир. Американці теж мають на нього види, він – дуже розумний, має авторитет і в США, і в ЄС", – резюмував Гордон. Нагадаємо, нещодавно Святослав Вакарчук розставив усі крапки над "і" щодо своїх президентських амбіцій.

As a film critic of medium-low importance, one of my most sacred duties is participating in the Washington Area Film Critics Association (WAFCA) year-end awards extravaganza. During this hallowed time of year, I watch dozens of movies and mine my own recollection of the good, the bad, and the ugly to determine what, precisely, the best films of the year were. At the end of this grueling process—this death march through endless stacks of DVDs, searching for the rarest pearl in an ever-increasing sea of muck—we WAFCA members nominate up to five films/people in each category. The five films/people who earn the most votes in every category are then voted upon by the whole of the membership, the winners are chosen, the press release is sent out, and blessed, blessed relief descends upon us as we put the exercise to rest for 11 months.
