Майже 80 років вона була схована під землею, і лише тепер музейники практично повністю її відбудували. Інтерєр криївки майже на 100 % відтворює тогочасний побут повстанців. Цю криївку віднайшли ще в минулому році. Усе завдяки спогадам місцевих мешканців та архівним даним. Лісничий Роман Макар розповідає, що саме в цій криївці, під час облави енкаведистів у 1947 році, загинули його родичі – Василь Юрів разом з сестрою Параскою. У підпіллі він був, а сестра приносила їсти. І так сталося, що саме в той момент, в той день, вона вже не повернулась додому, – розповів лісничий. Усього під час нападу енкаведистів у криївці перебували десятеро підпільників, із них вижив тільки один. За словами істориків, сховок повстанців виказав зрадник – станичний УПА, який співпрацював із радянськими органами влади. Їх оточили з кожного боку, щоб вони не мали куди втікати. Тут загинули три чи чотири повстанці. Вони розбігалися в різні сторони і так їх вже там вбивали, просто на дорозі, – сказала працівниця музею Перегінська Оксана Витвицька. За 7 десятиліть повстанський сховок практично зруйнувався. Відновлювали його з допомогою екскаватора. А от повстанці свого часу копали схованку вручну, прикидаючись лісорубами. Як тільки у село заходили енкаведисти, місцеві мешканці одразу подавали хлопцям сигнал тривоги. Інтерєр відновленої криївки на Прикарпатті В інтерєрі бункера – муляжі зброї та артефакти з приватних колекцій. Адже автентичних речей на місці старої криївки майже не залишилося. Відновили криївку виключно силами ентузіастів. Для широкого загалу її урочисто відкриють 20 травня.

As a film critic of medium-low importance, one of my most sacred duties is participating in the Washington Area Film Critics Association (WAFCA) year-end awards extravaganza. During this hallowed time of year, I watch dozens of movies and mine my own recollection of the good, the bad, and the ugly to determine what, precisely, the best films of the year were. At the end of this grueling process—this death march through endless stacks of DVDs, searching for the rarest pearl in an ever-increasing sea of muck—we WAFCA members nominate up to five films/people in each category. The five films/people who earn the most votes in every category are then voted upon by the whole of the membership, the winners are chosen, the press release is sent out, and blessed, blessed relief descends upon us as we put the exercise to rest for 11 months.
