4 июля в Москве на Чистопрудном бульваре задержали 10 сотрудников "Театра.doc". Об этом сообщила "Новой газете" актриса Мария Чупринская. По ее словам, после спектакля "Взрослые снаружи" пошли к метро и остановились на бульваре. К ним подошли сотрудник полиции и пятеро мужчин в штатском, которые представились активистами. Они утверждали, что труппа театра якобы распивала спиртные напитки. Как отметила Чупринская, "активисты" заявили, что они выступаю за здоровый образ жизни, а затем стали показывать актрисам их фотографии в Facebook, на которых девушки запечатлены с листовками в поддержку украинского режиссера Олега Сенцова. Она добавила, что при задержании актрису Татьяну Демидову один из мужчин ударил рукой в живот. Затем приехал автозак и десять человек доставили в отделение полиции. Демидова оставалась с так называемыми активистами. Позже стало известно, что она уехала домой. "ОВД-Инфо" уточняет, что задержали девять сотрудников театра и сопровождавшего их мужчину. По состоянию на 1.00 5 июля их всех отпустили. Ранее в центре Москвы задержали актрису Teaтра.doc Марию Чупринскую, актера Teaтра.doc Григория Гандлевского, художницу Алису Сафину и активистку Наталью Савоськину за раздачу информационных листовок на английском и испанском языках в поддержку украинского режиссера Олега Сенцова. Сенцов был приговорен в РФ к 20 годам лишения свободы 25 августа 2015 года. Российский суд признал его виновным в создании в Крыму террористического сообщества и руководстве им, покушении на приобретение взрывных устройств и незаконном хранении огнестрельного оружия и боеприпасов, двух террористических актах и подготовке еще одного теракта. Сенцов своей вины не признал. 14 мая 2018 года режиссер объявил бессрочную голодовку в колонии города Лабытнанги. Он потребовал освободить 64 украинских политзаключенных, но себя в список не включил.  5 июля Сенцов призвал всех не концентрировать внимание на его личности и бороться за освобождение других политзаключенных. As a film critic of medium-low importance, one of my most sacred duties is participating in the Washington Area Film Critics Association (WAFCA) year-end awards extravaganza. During this hallowed time of year, I watch dozens of movies and mine my own recollection of the good, the bad, and the ugly to determine what, precisely, the best films of the year were. At the end of this grueling process—this death march through endless stacks of DVDs, searching for the rarest pearl in an ever-increasing sea of muck—we WAFCA members nominate up to five films/people in each category. The five films/people who earn the most votes in every category are then voted upon by the whole of the membership, the winners are chosen, the press release is sent out, and blessed, blessed relief descends upon us as we put the exercise to rest for 11 months.
