С 10 по 15 июля в Национальном музее Тараса Шевченко на бульваре Т. Шевченко, 12, состоится Международная фотовыставка People. Places. Processes. Кураторы выставки: •  Лилит Макунц, Министр культуры Армении •   Ольга Алєшка, Исследовательский центр EAST, научный сотрудник (Беларусь/Польша) 10 июля в 18:30 состоится открытие международной фотовыставки People. Places. Processes. 7 фотохудожников из стран Восточного партнерства продемонстрируют собственное видение прав человека, проблем дискриминации, социальной справедливости, коррупции и бедности. Эти острые проблемы объединяют граждан, собирают многотысячные демонстрации, формируют мировоззрение современного человека. "В каждой работе художники стремятся передать один простой и понятный месседж относительно социальных проблем, которые существуют в каждой и всех странах одновременно. Все то, что показано на фото – места, люди, события – все апеллирует к темам свободы самовыражения, социальной справедливости и социального равенства. Эти три вопроса не являются сугубо политическими. Все это происходит прямо сейчас, окружает нас, проникает в наш обиход, бросает вызовы. Эти события формируют из нас личностей, учат нас быть другими и быть сильнее, а также воспитывают нас как часть общества. И именно эти темы раскрывают авторы в своих работах. Уверена, что выставка вызовет у зрителей чувство сопереживания, понимания и солидарности, а также позволит посмотреть на старые проблемы под новым углом", – объяснила куратор Ольга Алешка. Авторы работ: Рамин Мазур – Республика Молдова Дутка Каролина – Республика Молдова Нарек Алексанян – Армения Дина Оганова – Грузия Георгий Гогуа – Грузия Александр Саенко – Беларусь Эмине Зиятдинова – Украина На открытии будут присутствовать кураторы, авторы работ, политические деятели и эксперты. Участие в открытии 10-го июля бесплатное, при условии предварительной регистрации. На открытии состоится дискуссия с художниками, политиками и экспертами относительно взаимосвязей между современным искусством, социальными и политическими процессами в Восточной Европе; театр импровизаций "Вне времени" представит перфоманс по мотивам одной из фоторабот. Деятельность Регионального отделения направлена на улучшение диалога между представителями гражданского общества, на повышение плюрализма СМИ и содействие обмену опытом между молодыми прогрессивными лидерами в странах Восточного партнерства.
