Правительство предлагает увеличить сумму финансирования первичной медпомощи к 2019г
Правительство предлагает увеличить сумму финансирования, предусмотренного на первичную медицинскую помощь к 2019 году до 450 грн на человека. Это заложено в законопроекте "Об основах бюджетной политики на 2018-2020 гг." (т.н. Бюджетная резолюция). Законопроект предусматривает в частности, что в 2017 году финансирование "первички" составит 240 грн на человека, в 2018-м – 370 грн. В целом объем расходов на систему здравоохранения в 2018 году предлагается увеличить на 18,4% - до 65,7 млрд грн, в 2019 году - на 12,4%, до 73,9 млрд грн, в 2020 году – на 9,9%, до 81,2 млрд грн. Кроме того, согласно бюджетной резолюции, объем субвенции из госбюджета на программы реимбурсации должен составлять 1 млрд грн в год. Как сообщалось, правительство утвердило указанный законопроект с условием доработки в трехдневный срок. Согласно презентации, обнародованной на веб-сайте Минфина, к концу текущего года запланирован дефицит госбюджета на уровне 77,6 млрд грн или 3% ВВП, в 2018 году – 77,9 млрд грн или 2,4% ВВП, в 2019 году – 79,4 млрд грн или 2,2% ВВП и в 2020 году – 79,6 млрд грн или 2% ВВП. В свою очередь государственный долг к концу текущего года запланирован на уровне 66,8% ВВП, в 2018 году – 62% ВВП, в 2019 году – 58% ВВП и в 2020 году – 55% ВВП.
