Дефибриллятор – устройство, которое с помощью электрического разряда восстанавливает нормальный сердечный ритм, не является прибором домашнего пользования, как аппараты для измерения давления или уровня сахара в крови. Он входит в обязательное оснащение бригады "скорой помощи", и именно это устройство спасает немалое число жизней людей, застигнутых врасплох сердечным приступом. Статистика неумолима: в ожидании приезда "скорой помощи" ежегодно от остановки сердца умирают более 6 млн человек по всему миру. И всего лишь один из десяти выживает в такой ситуации вне больницы. Согласно новому исследованию, проведённому специалистами из Каролинского института в Швеции, одним из решений проблемы могло бы стать использование в практике неотложной медицинской помощи дронов или беспилотных летательных аппаратов. Группа специалистов во главе с Якобом Холленбергом проводила своё исследование, исходя из ситуации в самой Швеции. Особое внимание они уделяли городам в окрестностях Стокгольма, которые в недостаточной степени обеспечены ресурсами скорой помощи для обслуживания летнего наплыва отдыхающих. А именно в этот период случаи сердечных приступов значительно учащаются. Анализ существующих данных по вызовам показал, что время реагирования на чрезвычайную ситуацию в этот период может составлять до 30 минут, что неминуемо заставляет выживаемость пострадавших стремиться к нулю. Задачей учёных было доказать, что сама концепция использования дронов для доставки дефибрилляторов пострадавшим имеет право на жизнь. Реальное оказание неотложной помощи ещё только планируется опробовать. Смелый проект носит название Flypuls. Исследователи закрепили на квадрокоптере небольшой дефибриллятор, который весил около 900 граммов. Дрон также оснастили видеокамерой и голосовой инструкцией для использования оборудования. Экспериментальные запуски производили с вышки пожарной станции, расположенной на расстоянии около 10 километров от домов людей у которых за последние 8 лет случались реальные сердечные приступы. Дроны достигли 18 различных целей в среднем за 5 минут и 21 секунду. Во всех случаях они безошибочно останавливались над нужным домом и плавно опускались на задний двор, доставляя ценный груз в полной сохранности. Машине "скорой помощи" потребовалось бы для этого в среднем на 17 минут больше. Результаты исследования, в которых авторы видят большой потенциал для спасения многих людей, подробно описаны в статье, опубликованной в журнале JAMA. На следующем этапе Холленберг и его коллеги планируют опробовать, насколько прост в использовании их дрон-спасатель для случайного прохожего, который оказался на месте происшествия и вызвал бригаду скорой помощи. Привлечение к спасению людей является одним из основных направлений при разработке беспилотных летательных аппаратов. Также планируется использование дронов для перевозки лабораторных образцов и даже крови для переливания.
