"Должностные лица реализовывали плазму крови, изготовленную коммунальным учреждением "Областной центр крови" Житомирского областного совета и двумя ее филиалами – фиктивным коммерческим структурам в 2,5 раза дешевле себестоимости", - отмечено в сообщении.
Согласно сообщению СБУ, плазма крови реализовывалась фармацевтической компании, которая производила на экспорт дорогостоящий медицинский препарат.
По предварительным подсчетам коммунальному предприятию нанесен ущерб около 2 млн грн.
