Они объясняют этот феномен тем, что мужчины в большей степени испытывают социальное давление, связанное с необходимостью зарабатывать и содержать семью. А к сладкому они прибегают, чтобы снять стресс! Интересно, что мужчинам психологи сладкое есть разрешают, ведь его употребление играет роль антидепрессанта. Доступного и не такого вредного для мужского организма. Но все же сладкое вызывает зависимость, а у мужчин эта зависимость проявляется в 4 раз сильней. Кроме того, злоупотребление сладким коррелирует со снижением маскулинности. Исследования показали, что высокий уровень поедаемых сладостей снижает уровень мужского гормона тестостерона. Но хуже всего то, что мужчин-сладкоежек со временем прибавляется женственных черт. Они становятся слишком эмоциональными, у них округляется фигура и теряется выносливость. Напомним, ученые выяснили, где обитают самые опасные микробы.
