Фото из открытых источников Ученые пришли к выводу, что употребление сахара в больших дозах негативно влияет на кровеносную систему и может привести к нарушению работы внутренних органов. Статья диетологов из Копенгагенского университета опубликована в The Copenhagen Post. В ходе исследования мужчины ежедневно на протяжении двух недель употребляли по 225 грамм сахара. В начале и в конце эксперимента медики замеряли у добровольцев уровень кровоснабжения ног. Результаты показали, что поступление крови в конечности снизилось на 17%. При этом диетологи уверены, что от недостаточного притока крови также страдают важные внутренние органы вроде мозга и сердца. Медики подчеркивают, что крайне важно следить за тем, что человек ест и пьет. "Пол-литра колы время от времени не причинит вам никакого вреда, если вы едите здоровую пищу и придерживаетесь сбалансированной диеты", - говорит соавтор исследования Юлва Хеллстен. "Однако если вы будете злоупотреблять сахаром, как наши испытуемые, за 14 дней ваше кровообращение станет соответствовать тому, что мы наблюдаем у некоторых мужчин старше 65 лет", - подчеркнул профессор. Ранее ученые обнаружили необычное свойство сахара.
