Фото из открытых источников Международная группа ученых выяснила, что диета, которая содержит малое количество аминокислоты аспарагина, сокращает риск заболевания агрессивным раком молочной железы. Об этом сообщает журнал Nature. Исследователи в эксперименте использовали мышей с самым опасным видом опухоли, который не поддается гормональной терапии. При этом типе рака злокачественные клетки не синтезируют рецепторы эстрогена и прогестерона, а также мембранный белок HER2, а именно эти соединения являются своего рода мишенями для лекарств. Ученые включили в рацион грызунов богатые аспарагином продукты, после чего рост раковых клеток ускорился. Когда же животных пересадили на "безаспарагиновую" диету и выдали им лекарства, состояние мышей улучшилось. Дальнейшие исследования показали, что именно наличие этого фермента в первичных злокачественных клетках способствует образованию метастаз. Большое количество аспарагина содержится в молочных продуктах, говядине, птице, рыбе и морепродуктах. Также им богаты картофель, бобовые, соя, спаржа, орехи и семена. В овощах и фруктах, наоборот, количество этой аминокислоты незначительно, что делает эти продукты самыми полезными.
