 НМУ им. А. Богомольца заявляет об угрозе срыва теста "Крок 1. Стоматология" Центром тестирования при Минздраве Украины, - Амосова Проведение лицензированного экзамена по программе "Крок 1. Стоматология" со студентами Национального медицинского университета имени Александра Богомольца находится под угрозой срыва.Об этом в комментарии Українським Новинам заявила ректор НМУ Екатерина Амосова. "Ситуация практически зашла в глухой угол. Проведение тестирования со студентами-третьекурсникам стоматологического факультета намечено на завтра (20 февраля, - ред). А формального разрешения на тестирование мы не имеем", - констатировала доктор Амосова. При этом ректор подчеркнула, что ситуация было доведена до критического состояния отнюдь не руководством университета. "НМУ своевременно предложил Центру тестирования при Минздраве, который имеет исключительные полномочия по предоставлению услуг по проведению лицензионных интегрированных экзаменов, предоставить эти услуги в рамках, предусмотренных законодательством, для конкретного экзамена, стоимость которого не предусматривает проведение тендера. Ранее мы вносили в проект бюджета нашего вуза необходимую сумму оплаты данных услуг. Однако полученный из Минздрава финальный финансовый документ эту графу не предусматривал", - подчеркнула Е.Амосова. Ректор заявила, что для того, чтоб тестирование "Крок 1. Стоматология" состоялось вовремя, а его отмена не повлияла на отлаженный учебный процесс, ее персонально и ещё двумя проректорами сегодня было принято решение в форме благотворительного взноса перечислить предусматриваемую сумму в 104202 грн на счет Центра тестирования при Минздраве. "Я прекрасно понимаю, что ставя под вопрос проведение экзамена по программе "Крок 1. Стоматология", отдельные чиновники хотят поставить под сомнение эффективность моего пребывания на должности руководителя НМУ им. А. Богомольца. Но я в очередной раз заявляю: нынешнее руководство университета и в дальнейшем будет работать исключительно в рамках правового поля", - резюмировала ректор Екатерина Амосова. Так же ректор отметила, что из данной ситуации руководство НМУ обязательно выйдет, а после проведения теста обратится в суд для правовой оценки деятельности монополиста профильного рынка – Центра тестирования при Минздраве.Источник: https://censor.net.ua/n3051294
