ФОТО Мер Києва Віталій Кличко підписав угоду між КМДА та Міжнародною фінансовою корпорацією (IFC) щодо державно-приватного партнерства в секторі охорони здоров'я.Кличко наголосив, що реформування сфери охорони здоров’я є пріоритетом для міської влади. "І ми робимо все, щоб столична медицина відповідала європейському рівню. Кияни повинні отримувати якісну та вчасну меддопомогу, а медики - мати належні умови роботи та гідну оплату праці", - сказав міський голова, повідомляє прес-служба політика. Кличко зауважив, що влада Києва щорічно збільшує видатки на фінансування медичної сфери Києва і цьогоріч вони становлять 9,1 млрд грн.  Кличко також нагадав, що минулого року в столиці капітально відремонтували низку приміщень у 8 медичних закладах Києва. Крім того, закуплено сучасне діагностичне обладнання та проведені ремонти на суму 1,1 млрд грн. "Капітальні ремонти медичних закладів ми продовжуємо й цього року. У наших планах також - будівництво нових закладів охорони здоровя. Зокрема, йдеться про лікарню на Троєщині. Розпочато і проектування лікарні швидкої допомоги на правому березі. Вона буде створена на базі реконструйованого приміщення Київської міської клінічної лікарні № 6 у Солом’янському районі", - додав міський голова.  Водночас, підкреслив він, існує потреба також і у збільшенні функціональності кількох інших лікарень столиці, оскільки деякі заклади медицини не відповідають вимогам сучасності. "Тому, столична влада, зацікавлена в реалізації проектів державно-приватного партнерства в сфері охорони здоровя столиці. І в цьому питанні ми розраховуємо на допомогу Міжнародної фінансової корпорації (IFC)", - сказав Віталій Кличко. Мер зауважив, що Корпорація входить до Групи Світового банку, і пропонує інвестиційні рішення та виступає консультантом для розвитку приватного підприємництва.  "Тож сьогодні ми підписуємо угоду з керівником регіонального представництва IFC Джейсоном Бреттом Пеллмаром щодо державно-приватного партнерства в столиці України. Зокрема, IFC допоможе КМДА структурувати та провести тендер на реалізацію державно-приватного партнерства в медицині. Це перший такий проект в Україні. Він передбачає об’єднання кількох застарілих  столичних лікарень у новий медзаклад", - наголосив Віталій Кличко.  Пропонується побудувати один новий сучасний медзаклад. Приватний партнер у цьому випадку відповідатиме за розробку дизайну, будівництво, оснащення, поточну експлуатацію та потенційно-клінічні послуги закладу. У свою чергу керівник регіонального представництва Міжнародної фінансової корпорації Джейсон Бретт Пеллмар зауважив, що IFC перевірить наскільки три різні моделі державно-приватного партнерства в сфері охорони здоров’я, які існують в Європі, можуть бути адаптовані до умов України. За його словами, згодом буде організований круглий стіл зі спеціалізованими компаніями, під час якого будуть вивчені конкретні практичні приклади з міжнародного досвіду. При цьому Пеллмар додав, що після того, як місто обере конкретну модель, Корпорація підготує повне техніко-економічне обґрунтування, а також допоможе місту підготувати та провести прозорий тендер.Источник: https://ua.censor.net.ua/p3063169
