Прохідний бал на лікарські спеціальності за результатами зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання має бути не менше 150.Про це в інтервю Цензор.НЕТ сказав заступник міністра охорони здоровя Олександр Лінчевський. "Сьогодні ми добре розуміємо, що без критичної маси носіїв нових цінностей тих хороших лікарів, до яких хотілося б звернутися, не буде. Де їх взяти? Як регулятор ми повинні створити правила, за якими от ті хороші і сумлінні прогресуватимуть, щоб "болото" їх не засмоктувало", - упевнений заступник міністра. Він наголошує, що необхідно ввести прохідний бал на лікарські спеціальності за результатами ЗНО - не менше 150. "Необхідно "на вході" відсікати слабких, невмотивованих. У всьому світі так. Такі студенти гірше навчаються, гірше складають іспити. Це вже доведено, крапка", - вважає Лінчевський. На запитання про те, чи буде держава більш жорстко контролювати навчання лікарів, він відповів: "Цілком підтримуючи університетську автономію, але для регульованих професій важливий державний контроль.  Ми не кажемо, як викладати, яких викладачів запрошувати. Ми як держава кажемо, що нам потрібен ось такий освічений лікар, як і в Європі, і встановлюємо планку. Хто цю планку не перестрибнув, лікарем не стає. Ця планка піднімається передусім для університетів. Ми не можемо стояти над кожним викладачем, присилати комісії, перевірки навчального процесу. Це не працює, бо легко можна обійти. Ми кажемо - якщо хочете готувати лікарів, то вони мають сягати ось цієї планки". Заступник міністра також додав: "Врешті-решт, скільки лікарю не плати, він має читати, їздити на курси та конференції, має вчитися відповідати певним вимогам. Від того, що ми зараз заплатимо багато, він не призначить кращу таблетку. Він помиляється, він лікує не так, як хотілося б через хибну мотивацію та низький рівень освіти.
