 Мы подали законопроект, который значительно улучшит эпидемиологическую ситуацию в Украине, - Богомолец В Верховной Раде Украины зарегистрирован законопроект №8464, который должен улучшить санитарно-эпидемиологическую ситуацию в Украине.Об этом на своей странице в Facebook сообщила один из авторов документа, народный депутат и председатель парламентского комитета по вопросам здравоохранения Ольга Богомолец."По моему убеждению, безопасность и качество продуктов для граждан должна быть гарантирована государством. Поэтому вместе с коллегами мы разработали и зарегистрировали комплексный законопроект №8464, который станет эпохальным и приведет к коренному изменению ситуации в сфере санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия в Украине", - написала Богомолец. По ее словам, этим законопроектом вносятся изменения в 39 законов и кодексов Украины с тем, чтобы восстановить государственный контроль за качеством питания и питьевой воды. "Так, создавать и утверждать государственные медико-санитарные нормативы и правила теперь будет Минздрав, исходя из интересов безопасности здоровья граждан. Осуществлять государственный надзор в сфере санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия будут центральные органы власти с соответствующими полномочиями. Власти также теперь наделяются четко прописанными полномочиями по организации дополнительных противоэпидемических прививок, возможности обеспечения иммунобиологическими препаратами в экстренном порядке т.д. ", - пояснила депутат. Она отметила, что законопроект №8464 устраняет ряд конфликтов интересов, ликвидирует дублирование функций различных ведомств, упорядочивает государственный контроль над безопасностью жизни и здоровья граждан и позволяет создать в Украине эффективную систему предупреждения эпидемий и вспышек опасных болезней. "Авторский коллектив законопроекта - 21 депутат из всех парламентских фракций. Его согласовал Минздрав и поддержало правительство, и он должен быть признан неотложным. Можно не сомневаться, что уже в ближайшее время законопроект будет принят парламентом, а украинцы получат современный эффективный инструмент защиты их жизни и здоровья. Принятие этого закона станет еще одним шагом к достижению моей цели - продления средней продолжительности жизни украинцев до 80 и более лет ", - уверена Ольга Богомолец. Напомним, что с момента ликвидации санитарно-эпидемиологической службы в мае 2017 года в Украине ни одна инстанция не занимается контролем качества пищевых продуктов.
