 Минздрав обнародовал Концепцию реформы системы экстренной медицинской помощи Министерство здравоохранения обнародовало для общественного обсуждения Концепцию реформы системы экстренной медицинской помощи.Об этом информирует Цензор.НЕТ со ссылкой на пресс-службу Минздрава. Реформа экстренной помощи имеет целью принципиально улучшить качество и доступность экстренной помощи, а также повысить престижность профессии экстренного медицинского работника и обеспечить достойную оплату его труда. Реализация Концепции будет осуществляться в течение 2018-2022 годов. Основные изменения, предалагаемые в сфере экстренной медицинской помощи: 1. Обновления алгоритмов диспетчеризацииАвтомобиль экстренной помощи, который находится ближе к месту происшествия, будет выезжать в течение нескольких секунд после вызова. 2. Создание новой IT-инфраструктурыБудет создан центральный информационный узел обмена данными и установлены GPS на всех автомобилях. 3. Информация о состоянии каждого вызова в каждый момент времениДиспетчеры будут знать состояние каждого вызова и местонахождение каждого автомобиля экстренной помощи. Такая система уже работает в Киеве, Днепропетровской, Херсонской, Харьковской областях, в тестовом режиме в Винницкой и Полтавской областях и будет развернута на всю страну. 4. Обновление обязательных протоколов диспетчеровДиспетчеры получат четкий алгоритм работы по современным мировым стандартам. Диспетчеры должны научиться не только быстро принимать решения под давлением времени, но и консультировать свидетелей по оказанию первой помощи до прибытия бригады экстренной помощи. Концепция предусматривает соответствующее переобучение. 5. Обновление протоколов командных действий бригадПроизойдет переход в обучении и тестировании навыков экстренной помощи на стандарты развитых стран. Врачи, парамедики и даже водители будут осваивать практики спасения. Будет введено внешнее независимое тестирование знаний и навыков специалистов экстренной помощи. 6. Новые автомобили и оборудованиеБудеут обновлены требования к оборудованию, закуплены новые автомобили. 7. Перестройка приемных отделений в больницахВнедряются новые протоколы действий в больнице, доступ к оборудованию 24/7, новая логика планирования помещений. 9. Развитие сети экстренных спасателейВсе, кто может оказаться на месте экстренного события, должны обладать навыками спасения людей и уметь работать в экстренных условиях. Пожарные, спасатели, полицейские, водители, машинисты, пилоты, проводники, бортпроводники, кондукторы Украины пройдут обновленные курсы первой расширенной помощи. Воспитатели, учителя, социальные работники должны будут пройти обновленное обучение навыкам первой базовой помощи. 10.
