 МОЗ оприлюднило Концепцію реформи системи екстреної медичної допомоги Міністерство охорони здоров'я оприлюднило для громадського обговорення Концепцію реформи системи екстреної медичної допомоги.Про це інформує Цензор.НЕТ із посиланням на прес-службу МОЗ. Реформа екстреної допомоги має на меті принципово покращити якість та доступність екстреної допомоги, а також підвищити престижність професії екстреного медичного працівника і забезпечити достойну оплату його праці. Реалізація Концепції здійснюватиметься протягом 2018-2022 років. Основні зміни, які пропонують у сфері екстреної медичної допомоги: 1.Оновлення алгоритмів диспетчеризації. Автомобіль екстреної допомоги, який перебуває найближче до місця події, виїжджатиме протягом декількох секунд після виклику. 2.Створення нової IT-інфраструктури Буде створено центральний інформаційний вузол обміну даними та встановлено GPS на всіх автомобілях. 3.Інформація про стан кожного виклику в кожний момент часу Диспетчери знатимуть стан кожного виклику і місцезнаходження кожного автомобіля екстреної допомоги. Така система вже працює в Києві, Дніпропетровській, Херсонській, Харківській областях, у тестовому режимі у Вінницькій та Полтавській областях і буде розгорнута на всю країну. 4.Оновлення обов’язкових протоколів диспетчерів Диспетчери отримають чіткий алгоритм роботи за сучасними світовими стандартами. Диспетчери мають навчитися не тільки швидко приймати рішення під тиском часу, але й консультувати свідків щодо надання першої допомоги до прибуття бригади екстреної допомоги. Концепція передбчає відповідне перенавчання. 5.Оновлення протоколів командних дій бригад Відбудеться перехід у навчанні і тестуванні навичок екстреної допомоги на стандарти розвинених країн. Лікарі, парамедики і навіть водії освоюватимуть практики порятунку. Буде введено зовнішнє незалежне тестування знань та навичок фахівців екстреної допомоги. 6.Нові автомобілі та обладнання Буде оновлено вимоги до обладнання, закуплено нові автомобілей. 7.Гідна оплата праці екстреним медичним працівникам. Усі, хто можуть опинитися на місці екстреної події, мають володіти навичками порятунку людей та вміти працювати в екстрених умовах. Пожежники, рятувальники, поліцейські, водії, машиністи, пілоти, провідники, бортпровідники, кондуктори України закінчать оновлені курси першої розширеної допомоги. Вихователі, учителі, соціальні працівники матимуть пройти оновлене навчання навичкам першої базової допомоги. 10.Дефібрилятори та джгути у всіх найбільш людних місцях.
