И.о. министра охраны здоровья Ульяна Супрун на своей странице в Facebook предупредила украинцев: некоторых учреждений охраны здоровья в Украине распространяют ложную информацию, что с 1 июля этого года люди, которые не подписали декларацию с терапевтом, педиатром или семейным врачом, смогут получать только неотложную помощь. "Это неправда", – утверждает глава МОЗ. К 2019 году, когда учреждения "первички" будут переходить на новую модель финансирования, они получат средства за всех пациентов – и тех, которые подписали декларации по их врачами, и тех, которые еще не выбрали своего врача, но обратились к ним за медицинскими услугами. "Для медучреждений, которые вошли в первую волну изменений и заключили договоры с НСЗУ, деньги начнут "ходить за пациентом", – рассказывает она. – Оплата будет осуществляться по базовому тарифу 370 грн за каждого человека, подписавшего декларацию, плюс возрастные коэффициенты (в четыре раза больше ребенка, вдвое больше пожилых людей и т.д.). Дополнительно они будут получать по 240 грн за пациентов, проживающих на территории обслуживания заведения, но еще не подписали декларацию о выборе врача". Чиновник напомнила, что медучреждения, которые только готовятся подписать договоры с НСЗУ, в третьем квартале получать финансирование по принципу медицинской субвенции. "Наша цель – все до одного учреждения первичной помощи должны иметь договоры с НСЗУ до конца года. Выбирайте своих врачей спокойно, взвешенно, однако также не затягивайте выбор врача до конца года, ведь это, прежде всего, вопрос вашего здоровья и здоровья семьи", – заявила Супрун.
