Глава украинского МОЗ Ульяна Супрун рассказала о пяти чудодейственных привычках для продления жизни на 14 лет. По словам и.о. министра охраны здоровья, ученные провели масштабное исследование, в ходе которого выявили главные факторы крепкого здоровья. Об этом сообщает сайт "Сегодня.Lifestyle".
"Ежедневная физическая активность в течение 30 минут, не просто сделает вас здоровыми, но и продлит жизнь, – рассказывает Ульяна Супрун. – В частности, речь идет о здоровом питании, достаточном уровне физической активности, нормальном весе, отказе от курения и отказе или хотя бы умеренном употреблении алкоголя. Люди, которые имели хотя бы одну из этих привычек, продлевали свою жизнь на два года. А те, кто придерживался всех этих привычек регулярно, жили в среднем на 12-14 лет дольше".
Чиновник также добавила, что люди, которые пренебрегали здоровым образом жизни, гораздо чаще умирали от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и рака.
По словам и. о. министра охраны здоровья, чтобы вести здоровый образ жизни нужно много терпения и дисциплины.
"Не обязательно делать все сразу, и с понедельника кардинально менять образ жизни… Попробуйте постепенно интегрировать в свою жизнь какую-то здоровую привычку, что вам больше нравится. Начните правильно питаться или выйдите на легкую пробежку – и все остальные здоровые привычки подтянутся тоже", – утверждает Ульяна Супрун.
