В кофе содержится большое количество хлорогеновых соединений, которые способствуют продукции избыточного количества соляной кислоты в желудке. Это может приводить к раздражению слизистой оболочки желудка, а также изжоге. Если после употребления кофе ничего не съесть, то симптомы могут усилиться. Некоторые специалисты уверяют, что привычка пить кофе натощак может привести к гастриту, однако кофе здесь вряд ли выступает причиной. Возможно, в данном случае кофе может играть роль негативного фактора, но никак не причины. Сколько пить? Для того чтобы избежать проблем с желудком, кофе лучше не пить натощак. На худой конец, можете с кофе съесть тосты или печенье. Специалисты установили, что для здорового человека 300 мг кофеина не навредит. К примеру, в среднем 250 мл американо содержит от 150 до 250 мг кофеина в зависимости от насыщенности напитка. То есть, пару чашек кофе в сутки вам точно не навредит, если у вас нет никаких противопоказаний. В растворимом кофе кофеина содержится меньше, однако он считается более вредным для организма из-за специфического процесса обработки.
