 Каждый второй украинец подписал декларацию с врачом, - Минздрав За 7 месяцев кампании "Врач для каждой семьи" своего терапевта, педиатра или семейного врача выбрали более 21 миллиона украинцев.Наиболее активными были жители Полтавской, Хмельницкой, Житомирской и Черниговской областей - здесь декларации со врачами подписали более 60% жителей, информирует Цензор.НЕТ со ссылкой на Правительственный портал. Отметку 50% не пересекли только в трех областях Украины - в Луганской (здесь своего врача выбрали 49% жителей), Одесской (43% жителей) и Закарпатской (41%). "Собственный врач, к которому можно обратиться по любому вопросу относительно здоровья, нужен каждому. Как показывает мировая практика, большинство проблем со здоровьем могут быть решены на уровне первичной помощи, особенно в случае своевременного обращения. Семейный врач, терапевт или педиатр не только устанавливает диагноз и лечит наиболее распространенные болезни, травмы, отравления, но и консультирует по здоровому образу жизни, дает направление на анализы, к узким специалистам, выдает справки. И все услуги у вашего врача уже оплачены Нацслужбой здоровья", - отмечается в сообщении. Теперь подписать декларацию можно и в частном медучреждении (к реформе присоединились 40 частных клиник и 33 врачи-ФОП). В целом уже 623 медицинских учреждения, в которых работают терапевты, педиатры и семейные врачи, заключили договора с Национальной службой здоровья и получают финансирование по новой модели. Только в октябре эти заведения получили почти 800 млн грн от Нацслужбы здоровья.
