The drones flew in from Russia’s Kaliningrad exclave, which borders Poland to the north-east, TVP Info reported.
The last such incident was reported two weeks ago near the village of Banie Mazurskie.
Border guards say they informed the Polish Air Force of every incident. The Polish Ministry of Defence has not revealed what its response was, saying such information is confidential.
Experts have said the drone flights aimed to test how alert the Polish security services are.
The Russians could also be aiming to carry out reconnaissance missions, TVP Info reported.
“For example, they can be used to determine the coordinates of future targets,” military expert Krystian Zięć, one of Poland’s first F-16 warplane pilots, was quoted as saying.
