According to Ukrainian non-government anti-corruption portal Stopkor, the Security Service of Ukraine is investigating the Poland-based Open Dialogue Foundation run by Kozlovska.
The website highlighted that Kozlovska and her foundation were involved in defending Mukhtar Ablyazov, whom Russia wanted to be extradited from France, claiming that he would risk an unfair trial.
Ablyazov is a Kazakh politician and businessman accused of embezzling and mismanaging USD 6 billion worth of bank assets while serving as bank chairman.
According to Stopkor, Kozlovska committed treason, tried to undermine "constitutional order", tried to change Ukraines territorial or national borders, as well as conspiring and abetting others to commit those crimes as well.
She is also accused of gross "financial abuse", and has "earned" 15 years in jail.
She is expected to be tried October 15.
