Stefan Hula was the highest placed of the Poles competing on Saturday, finishing 14th.
The event was won by Norway’s Andreas Stjernen, with his countryman Daniel Andre Tande second and Switzerland’s Simon Ammann third.
Stoch now has 733 points in the overall classification, ahead of Germany’s Richard Freitag, on 711.
Stoch last week won the 66th Four Hills tournament, becoming the first Pole and the second person ever to win at all of the competitions four venues.
