 Перші успіхи ми побачимо через кілька років, - Гройсман про медреформу Премєр-міністр України Володимир Гройсман розраховує, що перші відчутні результати медичної реформи в країні можна очікувати через кілька років, але потрібно докладати зусиль.Як інформує Цензор.НЕТ із посиланням на Інтерфакс-Україна, про це сказав В.Гройсман у четвер увечері в ефірі телеканалу "1+1". "Я думаю, фундаментально, через кілька років ми зможемо побачити перші успіхи, але це не означає, що ми будемо чекати два роки", - зазначив він, вказавши, що сфера охорони здоровя в Україні настільки запущена, що для того, щоб відчути результати реформи, буде потрібно кілька років. Він розповів, що вже цього року в Україні буде відкрито 13 кардіологічних центрів і стільки ж - наступного. "Ми будемо розширювати перелік безкоштовних ліків, тобто ми з часом будемо показувати те, що насправді ситуація змінюється", - підкреслив премєр. В.Гройсман також зазначив, що буде створено робочу групу з впровадження медичної реформи. "Вона буде дуже інклюзивною, і ми дуже виважено і серйозно будемо впроваджувати ці зміни", - сказав він. ВIДЕО Як повідомляли, в четвер Верховна Рада підтримала в другому читанні і в цілому законопроект про державні фінансові гарантії надання медичних послуг і лікарських засобів (медреформа). Зокрема, цим законом передбачено введення основного принципу медреформи - "гроші йдуть за пацієнтом", який передбачає, що медустанови будуть отримувати виплати за надані пацієнтам медичні послуги безпосередньо з держбюджету, без посередників. Також даний закон регулює питання фінансування медицини з державного та місцевих бюджетів: з державного будуть оплачуватися медпослуги, які входять у програму медичних гарантій, з місцевих - підтримка і розвиток комунальних установ, реалізація місцевих програм надання населенню медпослуг понад державний гарантований пакет, оплата комунальних послуг та енергоносіїв комунальних закладів охорони здоровя. Крім того, закон передбачає скасування медичної субвенції, починаючи з 1 січня 2020 року.
