Особенно это касается людей, которые страдают храпом, поскольку сон на спине влияет на органы дыхания и может мешать полноценному дыханию. В результате такого сна человек, имеющий проблемы с дыхательной системой может задохнуться от того, что воздух просто не будет проходить через легкие правильным образом. Человеку, который храпит, нужно спать на боку, поскольку в противном случае ему не будет хватать кислорода, а на утро он будет чувствовать себя разбитым и не выспавшемся. В целом, ученые отмечают, что сон на боку является оптимальным и идеально подходит для всех людей, поскольку в таком положении не нарушается кровоснабжение, а также ничего не препятствует правильному и полноценному дыханию. Особенно важно следить за тем, чтобы дети спали в такой позе, поскольку это также может привести в тяжелым нарушениям, если ребенок будет спать на спине. Выбирая на каком боку спать, стоит отдать предпочтение правому, поскольку в этом случае снижается нагрузка на сердце и организм страдает намного меньше, чем, если человек спит в какой-либо другой позе, когда могут пережиматься отдельные органы и нарушаться кровоснабжение. Ранее ученые назвали самую вредную позу для сна.
