Фото: Pixabay Склонность к суицидальному поведению можно обнаружить с помощью простого анализа крови. Об этом утверждает ученый Брэндон Гибб и его коллеги из Бингемтонского университета в Нью-Йорке. Исследователи обратились к данным эксперимента, посвященного тревожности и депрессии у детей. Их родители при этом также проходили широкое психологическое и медицинское обследование, включая состояние здорови, личную историю, привычки, социально-экономический статус. Ученые использовали информацию о 73 матерях, участвовавших в исследовании детей. Этот набор был разделен на две группы: 34 участницы из первой группы в прошлом пытались покончить с собой, 39 участницы из второй - никогда. Помимо дополнительных психологических тестов, у них производили забор крови, чтобы установить содержание белкового фактора BDNF. И действительно, в плазме крови людей, когда-либо предпринимавших попытку самоубийства, уровень BDNF ниже, несмотря на то, что в среднем со времени такой попытки у участниц прошло уже около 13 лет. Такое снижение не сопровождалось изменениями количества других белковых факторов в крови, что могло бы свидетельствовать о текущем стрессовом состоянии. Это делает BDNF потенциально важным маркером для оценки личной истории, хотя прежде чем оценка этого белка войдет в медицинскую практику, предстоит лучше изучить эту корреляцию. Напомним, что анальгин вызывает опасное заболевание крови.
