В Запорожской области в ходе лабораторных исследований специалисты Министерства охраны здоровья обнаружили вирус гриппа А (H1N1) pdm – пандемический. Об этом сообщили в областном лабораторном центре Министерства охраны здоровья. Как сообщается, с начала сезона гриппа было проведено 117 исследований, в которых определено 17 положительных результатов. Из них 14 случаев выявления вируса гриппа В, три – вируса А (H1N1) pdm (пандемический грипп). Другие методы исследований показали восемь положительных результатов по вирусу гриппа типа В, два – по гриппу А (H1N1) pdm. "Летальных случаев от гриппа и его осложнений в текущем сезоне не зарегистрировано", – добавили врачи. По данным Научно-исследовательского института гриппа, в начале апреля 2009 года на сайте Всемирной организации здравоохранения появилось первое сообщение о вспышке в Мексике и США нового варианта гриппа А(H1N1), смертность от которого была гораздо выше, чем при сезонном гриппе. Симптомы гриппа, вызванного пандемическим штаммом H1N1pdm2009 в большинстве случаев, похожи на симптомы обычного сезонного гриппа, а из необычных – появляются тошнота и рвота. Специалисты связывают эти симптомы с токсическим действием вируса. При этом главная опасность гриппа состоит не в резком повышении температуры до 39°С и выше, а его осложнения. К основным осложнениям относятся пневмония, отек легких, острая дыхательная недостаточность, почечная недостаточность и другие. Кроме того, гриппозная инфекция может привести к развитию осложнений, вызванных бактериальной флорой, что потребует проведения дополнительной антибактериальной терапии и, возможно, госпитализации. Группы риска, где наиболее высока вероятность развития осложнений: Дети до 5 лет (особенно дети до 2 лет), пожилые люди старше 65 лет, беременные женщины. Также пациенты с заболеваниями сердечно-сосудистой системы, хроническими заболеваниями легких (астма и хроническая обструктивная болезнь легких), злокачественными болезнями, гематологическими заболеваниями, сахарным диабетом, хроническими заболеваниями печени и почек, неврологическими заболеваниями, иммуносупрессией (включая ВИЧ-инфицированных пациентов).
