К лету, возможно, выйдет на ноль, - Минздрав В Минздраве ожидают, что тенденция к уменьшению количества корью сохранится, а к лету случаи заболевания корью больше фиксироваться не будут.Как информирует Цензор.НЕТ со ссылкой на Лигу, об этом сегодня на брифинге сообщил замгендиректора по надзору за инфекционными болезнями центра общественного здоровья Минздрава Виктор Ляшко. "У меня есть радостная новость. На прошлой неделе впервые за период подъема заболеваемости корью мы не отмечаем тенденции к увеличению количества заболевших. Наоборот, количество людей, заболевших на прошлой неделе корью, уменьшилась в сравнении с предыдущей неделей на 14%", - сообщил он. Ляшко отметил, что за прошлую неделю заболели 798 человек, из них 287 - взрослые и 511 - дети. В Минздраве ожидают, что тенденция сохранится, и к лету случаи заболевания корью больше фиксироваться не будут. "Мы ожидаем, что тенденция к уменьшению заболевших корью будет продолжаться, и к лету... выйдет на ноль", - отметил он. По его словам, всего с начала года зафиксировано 4298 случаев болезни, в том числе 1400 взрослых и 2875 детей. Госпитализированы в медучреждения, в том числе и реанимационные отделения, почти 2800 человек. "С момента нашего последнего брифинга (который был на прошлой неделе, - ред.) подтвердился еще один летальный случай. Это пятилетний ребенок в Закарпатской области, он был не вакцинирован. Корь была осложнена пневмонией и энцефалитом, и врачам не удалось спасти ребенка", - сообщил он. Ляшко напомнил, что всего с начала года от осложнений вследствие кори умерли пять человек.  Также специалист отметил, что по итогам 2017 года в Украине впервые за 10 лет уровень охвата прививками от кори превысил 90%.  "При уровнях охвата 95-98% мы формируем коллективный иммунитет, который позволяет вообще остановить циркуляцию вируса кори на конкретной территории", - отметил он и добавил, что таким образом можно избежать 5-летних циклических вспышек кори.  Ляшко уточнил, что вспышка кори отмечается каждые пять лет. В 2012 году заболели 12 тысяч, а в 2006 году - 42 тысячи человек. 5 февраля от осложнений в результате заболевания корью умерла 25-летняя женщина в Ивано-Франковской области.Источник: https://censor.net.ua/n3050154
