Кабинет министров Украины 25 апреля утвердил тариф на оплату медицинской услуги первичной медицинской помощи в объеме 370 грн в год за обслуживание одного пациента, подписавшего декларацию с врачом. Такое решение об утверждении "Порядка реализации государственных гарантий медицинского обслуживания населения по программе медицинских гарантий для первичной медпомощи на 2018 года" принято на заседании Кабмина, передает пресс-служба Министерства охраны здоровья (МОЗ) Украины. Помимо этого, утверждены корректировочные коэффициенты для пяти возрастных групп. В частности, за обслуживание ребенка до 5 лет врач будет получать четыре капитационные ставки (1,480 тыс. грн), ребенка 6-17 лет – 2,2 ставки (814 грн). За оказание первичной медицинской помощи пациентам в возрасте от 40 до 64 предусмотрено 1,2 ставки (444 грн), от 65 лет – две ставки (740 грн). Соответственно, одну ставку доктор будет получать за пациента в возрасте от 18 до 39 лет. Помимо этого, в случае, если медобслуживание пациента, подписавшего декларацию, предоставляется в горных населенных пунктах, корректировочный коэффициент составляет 1,25 (462 грн). Место обслуживания пациента определяется согласно с декларацией о выборе доктора. Оплата за обслуживание пациентов из "красного" списка (тех, кто не выбрал своего врача и не подписал с ним декларацию) составляет 240 грн, и к ним не применяются корректировочные коэффициенты.
