Фото: Tv.ua Быстрота приезда автомобиля скорой помощи измеряется в минутах, которые стоят жизни. Над тем, чтобы вовремя доставить врачей к пациенту работает целая группа людей: от диспетчеров до водителей. В 2019 году в МОЗ Украины обещают ускорить время прибытия медиков на вызов. Для этого во всех регионах страны обновят или построят новые диспетчерские пункты, сообщает пресс-службу Министерства охраны здоровья Украины. Новые службы будут созданы в Житомирской, Кировоградской, Луганской, Ривненской, Хмельницкой, Черкасской и Чернивецкой областях. В других регионах диспетчерские центры будут модернизированы и подключены к системе "Централь 103", где они смогут обмениваться данными. Это позволит ускорить приезд "скорой", ведь вызовы будут фильтровать, а к пациенту отправят ту машину, которая находится ближе к адресу вызова, даже если она из другого района. Это позволит решить следующие вопросы: уменьшить время обработки вызова от 3-5 минут до 1 минуты в 90% случаев; выполнить норматив проезда на экстренные случаи - до 10 минут в городах и до 20 минут в сельской местности; в среднем на 20% уменьшить пробег автомобилей экстренной медицинской помощи; собрать актуальную и достоверную статистику, которую можно анализировать для улучшения оказания экстренной помощи.
